How long will we work together?
Everyone is different, no two people have the same health history. Healing journeys are never the same for all. Less severe symptoms 3-6 months depending on your health goals.
More severe symptoms 10-12 months. If you've had chronic symptoms for over ten years it could be more along the lines of 15+ months.

Is lab testing required?
Lab testing is not required, although recommended. Lab test are a wonderful tool for detecting imbalances and toxicity in the body to take your bio-individualized protocol to the next level.
Only labs that are necessary for you are recommended but it is ultimately up to you if and which labs you run. Labs are suggested in order of best suited for you and your symptoms never based on price.
